Job summary
A mental health service provider is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual therapy to clients. This remote role allows flexibility while requiring a Master's degree in a relevant field and a Virginia license. Responsibilities include creating custom treatment plans and monitoring client progress. The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 – $110,000 with a full benefits package.

- Document services in compliance with state and federal standards
- Collaborate with peers virtually to support clients holistically
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
- Strong telehealth communication skills
