A leading manufacturer in engineering consumables seeks an Area Sales Manager/Sales Engineer to cover the UK, ideally based around the Midlands. This role involves new business development and account management, focusing on conveyor components and MRO products for the materials handling industry. Previous sales experience in similar fields is preferred but full product training is provided.

Overview

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Business Development Manager required to join a manufacturer of engineering consumables, conveyor components, belting, power transmission and MRO products used in the materials handling industry, specifically airports, intralogistics, warehousing, logistics, distribution centres and postal environments.

The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will cover UK wide, but ideally based around the Midlands, including Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Norwich, Cambridge, Corby, Peterborough, Tamworth and surrounding areas.

A background selling into the materials handling industry, specifically airports, intralogistics, warehousing, logistics, distribution centres and postal environments is preferred. Previous experience selling engineering / industrial products, conveyor components, belting, power transmission, bearings, rollers, engineering consumables, conveyors, materials handling equipment, MRO products, or similar is beneficial but full product training is provided.

  • Working remotely covering UK wide.
