A District Council in the East Midlands is seeking an interim criminal prosecutions and licensing lawyer for a 6-month contract. This full-time role requires attendance at court fortnightly and participation in a licensing committee once a month, with the rest of the work being remote. Candidates must have local authority experience and prosecuting background in relevant cases. Competitive rates of £55-60ph based on experience.
Vivid Resourcing are working with a growing District Council's legal team in the East Midlands who are looking for an interim criminal prosecutions and licensing lawyer to join their team. The role is open to either qualified solicitor or barristers.
This role would require candidates to be able to travel to court in person fortnightly, as well as attend one licensing committee each month - the rest of the role can be completed on a fully remote basis.
