A leading climate consultancy is seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive forestry expertise to lead impactful climate solutions across Southeast Asia. The candidate will guide carbon project development, advise clients, and engage with stakeholders. Required qualifications include an MSc in a relevant field and 5–10 years of experience in climate-related projects. Fluency in English and another Southeast Asian language is essential. This role is based in your home country with regional travel required.
Duty station: the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, OR Indonesia

Hamerkop Climate Impacts is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep forestry expertise to lead and deliver high-impact, nature-based climate solutions across Southeast Asia. If you are an experienced forester passionate about scaling carbon projects and influencing the region’s carbon market landscape, we want to hear from you.
This newly created consultant position will consist of growing and delivering a diverse range of stimulating technical and strategic consultancy assignments in relation to forestry, land use and management and biochar.

Permanent, full-time position based in your home country (Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, or Indonesia), with regional travel up to 10-20% of your time.
