About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize paid social and search campaigns, driving LearnWorlds' growth. You will drive high-impact campaigns for product launches, demand generation, and customer acquisition, collaborating with paid social and search specialists and partnering with internal teams on campaign launches and optimizations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and own the end-to-end management of paid social and paid search campaigns, with a focus on driving new trial sign-ups and customer acquisition
  • Conduct deep performance analysis to uncover the root causes of shifts and identify opportunities for growth
  • Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations to improve metrics (CPL, CPT, ROAS) and communicate proposals to stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams on campaign launches, providing guidance on audience targeting, creative best practices, and measurement
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve pipeline and revenue targets
  • Continuously ideate and implement A/B tests for audiences, ad copy, and creatives
What Your First 90 Days Will Look Like
  • After Week 2: Familiarize with paid ad account structures (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and reporting dashboards
  • After Week 3: Analyze current campaigns and propose data-backed optimizations or A/B tests
  • After 1 Month: Take ownership of specific campaign tasks with support from a senior team member
  • After 2 Months: Work with internal teams on product promotions and demand generation, driving campaigns from setup to optimization

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a background in B2B and SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven track record of using data to drive improvements in campaign performance (CPL, CPT, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in paid advertising with deep expertise on at least one major platform (e.g., Meta, Google) and willingness to master new channels
  • Deep proficiency with Google Analytics 4
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
