A leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Landlord and Tenant Surveyor to join their East London office. This remote role allows for flexible working with just one office day per week. The successful candidate will manage rent reviews and lease renewals, with a clear path from Senior Surveyor to Divisional Director. Commercial Landlord and Tenant Surveyor — remote working, one day in the office per week — East London office.
Long established independent property consultancy with around 70 professionals. The L&T team comprises 5 Landlord and Tenant Surveyors. An experienced L&T Surveyor is being sought to join the team. The workload centres on rent reviews and lease renewals for Industrial and office sectors.
The management team is described as friendly, genuine and non-micromanaging, with a focus on quality over quantity. Current L&T surveyors reportedly have 40–50 live cases at any one time, indicating a substantial workload.
There is genuine scope for progression; the successful candidate is expected to progress from Senior Surveyor to Associate, Senior Associate and Divisional Director, with a clear path and requirements outlined by the client.
