A boutique hotel in Lancashire is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support the Executive Head Chef. You'll lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensure high food quality, and contribute to menu development. The Opportunity: We're seeking a passionate and hands‑on Sous Chef to support the Executive Head Chef in delivering outstanding food across all hotel outlets, including the restaurant, bar & lounge, and events. You'll be a natural leader, mentoring the team, maintaining high standards, and helping shape menus and culinary concepts. This role is ideal for someone with proven restaurant experience, a flair for consistency and quality, and a drive to grow in a hotel or events environment.
