Job summary

A community leisure organization in Brandon is seeking a Pickleball Coach to lead engaging sessions and foster a positive experience for participants. You will be responsible for introducing new players to the sport and maintaining a safe environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have a passion for leisure and Pickleball, alongside relevant coaching qualifications. This part-time role offers a session rate of £22.50.

Qualifications

  • Responsible individual with a passion for Pickleball and working in leisure, health, and well-being.
  • Ability to teach and coach the sport to all participants.
  • Strong understanding of effective customer service.

Job description
Pickleball Coach – Brandon – Session rate £22.50

In this role you will confidently lead and oversee Abbeycroft’s Pickleball sessions resulting in positive community outcomes and introducing new players to the sport and improving players skills and games play. All aspects of this role require professionalism, care, friendliness and great customer interactions.

1.5 hours per week

Rota

Tuesday Evenings 7.30-9pm

Requirements
  • Responsible individual with a passion for Pickleball and working in leisure, health, and well-being.
  • Ability to teach and coach the sport to all participants.
  • Strong understanding and ability to deliver effective customer service in various scenarios
  • Ability to deliver weekly pickleball sessions to a variety of players, with varied abilities.
Qualifications
  • Pickleball England – Pickleball Leaders Certification (Minimum requirement)
  • Pickleball England Level 1 (Not essential)

Candidates applying without this qualification will be able to attain all with Abbeycroft after a successful interview.
