The Opportunity: We're seeking a passionate and hands‑on Sous Chef to support the Executive Head Chef in delivering outstanding food across all hotel outlets, including the restaurant, bar & lounge, and events. You'll be a natural leader, mentoring the team, maintaining high standards, and helping shape menus and culinary concepts.
