We're investing in our culinary offer, with a kitchen refurbishment planned for the new year, and we've introduced a new 4‑day working week (40 hours per week) for the kitchen brigade, to support balance and attract top talent. The Opportunity: We're seeking a passionate and hands‑on Sous Chef to support the Executive Head Chef in delivering outstanding food across all hotel outlets, including the restaurant, bar & lounge, and events. You'll be a natural leader, mentoring the team, maintaining high standards, and helping shape menus and culinary concepts. This role is ideal for someone with proven restaurant experience, a flair for consistency and quality, and a drive to grow in a hotel or events environment.
