This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting a senior fee earner. • Drafting witness statements, letters of claim, and key legal documentation

• Managing court timetables and ensuring critical deadlines are met

• Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, and medical experts

• Supporting in the preparation of claims, including schedules of loss and pleadings

• Conducting legal research and assisting in complex case preparation

• Demonstrable experience in a similar Senior Legal Assistant position (a Grade A fee earner)

• Strong knowledge of the MOJ portal, litigation and Civil Procedure Rules

• Confident handling high-value claims and managing multiple priorities

• Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 depending on experience
