Location: UK-based (Remote-first, with some in-person meetups)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Own operations and project management, end-to-end.

What You’ll Own
  • Operational Excellence: Own all SOPs, client onboarding, delivery systems, and reporting rhythms
  • Operational Excellence: Build our weekly delivery machine: simple, repeatable, high-quality
  • Operational Excellence: Run smooth onboarding → weekly management → offboarding
  • Operational Excellence: Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and speed
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Manage our producers, editors, and designers with clarity and energy
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Lead weekly operational meetings, masterminds, and 1:1s
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Set clear KPIs, coach the team, and unlock performance
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Own culture: ensure the team is tight, focused, and engaged
  • Finance & Margins: Track client-level costs and margins
  • Finance & Margins: Spot risks, optimise resources, and help us hit profit targets
  • Finance & Margins: Flag issues early, and drive accountability across the team
  • Hiring & People Ops: Run hiring plans, job specs, interviews, and onboarding
  • Hiring & People Ops: Document roles, values, responsibilities, and org structure
  • Hiring & People Ops: Protect and evolve our high-performance culture
  • Leadership & Autonomy: Spot problems early. Don’t wait to be asked.

In Your First 90 Days, You Might:
  • Audit our SOPs and delivery documentation from the ground up
  • Project manage the onboarding and launch of 2x new podcast clients
  • Improve our weekly meetings and team rhythms
  • Deliver a full operational audit — what’s working, what’s not, what to fix
  • Take ownership of client-level reporting, capacity tracking, and some team 1-2-s
