A tech company is hiring a full-time Mobile App Developer to create a design-led mobile application for iOS and Android. We’re hiring a full-time Mobile App Developer to build a new, design-led mobile application for iOS and Android .
The app is fully designed in Figma and supported by clear user flows, screen definitions, and admin processes. Your role will be to take these designs and specifications and deliver a production-ready mobile app , from development through to App Store and Play Store release.
This is a hands‑on role with genuine ownership and responsibility.
- A cross‑platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
- Translating Figma designs into pixel‑accurate UI
- User onboarding, application flows, and status tracking
- Admin‑driven workflows and internal review tools
- Secure authentication and backend / API integrations
- App Store and Google Play deployment
- .NET MAUI strongly preferred
- (Equivalent cross‑platform frameworks considered if well justified.)
- Proven experience implementing apps directly from Figma
- Strong mobile UI / UX implementation skills
- Experience with REST APIs, auth flows, and state management
👉 We’re comfortable with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g. Base44, Copilot, etc.) where they improve delivery speed and quality.
- Track record of building and shipping mobile apps
- Comfortable working from Figma, specs, and process diagrams
- Product‑minded and detail‑oriented
- Clean, maintainable code and sensible architecture choices
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
- Lead or end‑to‑end ownership of a mobile app
- Backend experience (Azure, Firebase, Supabase, etc.)
- Experience with CI / CD and store submission
- Prior experience working remotely across time zones
- Clear designs and requirements — minimal ambiguity
- Ownership of the mobile build
- Remote‑first team (Europe / South Asia)
- Pragmatic, modern approach to tooling and AI
