💰 Salary : £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

🕒 Hours : Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (Flexibility available)

🏡 Location : 100% Remote (UK Applicants Only)

What You’ll Be Doing
Executive Support
  • Managing calendars, inboxes, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinating travel and preparing itineraries
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism
Operational & Admin Support
  • Streamlining day-to-day operations
  • Organising files, systems, and workflows
  • Supporting HR, finance, and project functions
  • Assisting with onboarding tasks
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Following up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
