Job summary
A leading consulting partner is seeking an Organisational Designer to join a remote project team focused on a high-profile government program. The role requires experience in public sector transformation and the ability to deliver strategic organizational design. Candidates should be proficient in Miro or LucidChart and have the ability to obtain BPSS clearance. This position involves working on an Alpha phase with integrated blocks of work, ideal for candidates who thrive in analytical and strategic environments.
Qualifications
- Experience in public sector transformation and 'Executive Agency' style business cases.
- Ability to translate digital efficiencies into cost-saving or value-adding narratives.
- Proficiency in Miro or LucidChart for complex process mapping.
- Familiarity with government digital role definitions.
- Must have or be able to obtain BPSS Clearance.

We're supporting one of our favorite Consulting partners source an Organisational Designer to join a project team delivering a high profile Government program.
You'll join a team delivering an Alpha phase comprising of 5 integrated blocks of work.
You must have / be able to obtain BPSS Clearance.
- Strategic Org Design: Experience in public sector transformation and "Executive Agency" style business cases.
- Economic/Business Case Development: Ability to translate digital efficiencies into cost-saving or value-adding narratives.
- Service Blueprinting: Proficiency in Miro or LucidChart for complex process mapping.
- Knowledge of DDaT Framework: Familiarity with government digital role definitions.
