Temp Bilingual French/English Speaking Customer Service Agent - Homebased

Location: Work From Home

Type: Temporary - Ongoing

Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Our client are looking to recruit Bilingual French/English Speaking Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time and the hours will be full time, night shifts.

Daily Duties

• Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
• Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
• To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
• To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes
• Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
