Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out remedial and reactive works on behalf of the maintenance client.
• Deal with project works, including heating and domestic service installations.
• Be proficient in all aspects of plumbing, including screwed pipework fitting.
• Fault find and diagnose issues, reporting on necessary rectifications.
• Work either alone or as part of a two‑man team.
• Use the Asset Pro live reporting system and ensure jobs meet SLA terms.
