Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Sheffield is looking for a Print Machine Operator to ensure the efficient running of Finishing Machines. The successful candidate will need to have experience as a Machine Operator, be flexible with working hours, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Qualifications
- 1 years+ experience as a Machine Operator.
- Familiarity with lifting/stacking of paper in accordance with HSE guidelines.
- Willingness to work overtime and shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Finishing Machines.
- Reduce running times while maintaining quality.
- Comply with Health and Safety policies.
Skills
Print Machine Operator (Finishing) required to work in Sheffield.
- To ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the Finishing Machines.
- Reduction of running times, while still ensuring quality, as measured against quoted targets.
- To comply with the Company's Information Security Management System at all times.
- To comply with all Health and Safety and Quality and Environmental Management System policies and procedures adopted by the Company at all times.
- 1yrs+ Machine Operator experience.
- Manual Handling from lifting/stacking of paper in accordance with HSE guidelines.
- Must be flexible with working Hours. Overtime, weekend work and shift cover.
- Ability to operate other machines/assist if required.
