A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage B2B prospects through outbound calls. This fully remote role involves making 80–100 calls per day, nurturing leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of outbound sales experience, be comfortable with CRM tools, and possess strong communication skills. You'll be part of a peer community and receive ongoing support from the agency.
