Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage B2B prospects through outbound calls. This fully remote role involves making 80–100 calls per day, nurturing leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of outbound sales experience, be comfortable with CRM tools, and possess strong communication skills. You'll be part of a peer community and receive ongoing support from the agency.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct 80–100 outbound calls per day to engage B2B prospects.

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain a consistent pipeline.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points.

  • Work closely with Account Executives to hand off sales‑ready leads.

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and manage lead activity.

  • Follow up diligently and creatively to maximise contact‑to‑meeting conversion.

  • Continuously optimise outreach strategies based on feedback and results.



  • 1+ years of outbound SDR or cold calling experience in a B2B environment.

  • Proven success in high‑volume calling roles (80+ calls/day).

  • Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo).

  • Comfortable with rejection and resilient in hitting KPIs.

  • Goal‑driven, proactive, and highly coachable.

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or agency sales is a strong plus.
