- 5+ years in a Director of Sales role at a luxury hotel or resort (mandatory)

- A strategic mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Must be a U.S.or Canadian citizen (required for work permit eligibility)
- Previous island or remote resort experience is a strong asset
