About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Lead to join our forward-thinking Complex Care and Mental Health provider. This is a field-based role with remote working, responsible for overseeing and supporting 7 community-based packages of care for clients with a range of needs, including:
- Learning Disabilities (LD)
- Mental Health (MH) and challenging behaviours
- Complex physical health needs such as PEG, CPAP, epilepsy management, tracheostomy, and stoma care
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safe, effective, and person-centred care are consistently delivered.
- Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and care plan reviews.
- Write, review, and update individualised care plans.
- Provide competency sign-offs and deliver training to field staff.
- Offer clinical oversight and ongoing support for complex care interventions.
- Work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Respond to clinical incidents, escalating as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and company policies at all times.
- Travel to client homes across Sussex (and occasionally Hampshire) as required.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC pin.
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
- Must be a car driver with own vehicle.
- Experience in community, complex care, or mental health settings.
- Ideally experienced with PEG, tracheostomy, and stoma care.
- Strong clinical governance knowledge.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly across a regional patch.
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
Job Title: Clinical Lead
Location: Covering Sussex (with one package in Hampshire) - Remote with field-based visits (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Up to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent
