Job summary

A European packaging machinery manufacturer seeks a Field Service Engineer to cover the UK and Ireland. You will be involved in the repair and installation of machinery, provide technical support, and train clients. Overview

An outstanding field Service Engineer role with a UK sales & service office of a European manufacturer of packaging machinery supplied to the food industry. Fantastic package for the right person.

Location & Travel

Home based – covering the UK & Ireland. You will travel and stay away as required, typically 2 nights per week on average. You will also provide technical support in the office in the East Midlands for a week every 7 weeks and stay locally whilst on call.

A well established UK sales & service office of a European manufacturer of packaging machinery supplied to the food industry. They have corporate technical support but a small company feel. They don’t recruit often, but when they do, people who join them stay with them. I have recruited for them before and this role is to replace a candidate I placed there who has just been promoted.
