Chapman Tate is working with a leading global professional services organisation who are seeking an experienced Product Owner on a 3-6-month contract to support a transformation initiative involving ISQM-aligned digital solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ISQM frameworks and related compliance tools.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner in complex, professional, global settings
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Proven ability to work in a data-driven environment, applying insights from AI, big data, and research
  • Solid understanding of UX/CX, digital accessibility standards, and user-centred design
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft environments including Windows 7-11, MS Office, Teams, Copilot, etc.
  • Highly organised self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Drive product decisions using data, user research, analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and compliance standards are met across digital products
  • Translate complex requirements into actionable product backlogs
  • Champion Agile principles and best practices while aligning with broader ITIL processes
  • Effectively communicate progress, risks, and priorities to a diverse stakeholder group
