Sarto Thomas are excited to partner with a growing Building Safety Consultancy as they search for a Class 2F+ RBI to join their team. • Assess plans and specifications for compliance with current regulations.
• Liaise with project teams to provide technical support and regulatory guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Represent the business professionally and ethically.

• Class 2F or above registration with the BSR (essential).
• Extensive experience in building control, particularly with complex, higher-risk buildings.
• Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and related legislation.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills, both individually and as part of a team, to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service.
• Passion for quality, safety, and ongoing professional development.
