This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this role (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens etc), and benefiting from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

• Oversee a team of up to 7 Motor Claims Handlers.
• Train, develop and coach team members; allocate workloads; act as an escalation point for complaints.
• Perform file/audit checking to ensure compliance.
• Remain a referral point for more complex or contentious claims.
• While not handling personal caseloads, provide guidance and support to the team as needed.

• Extensive experience within Motor Third Party Damage claims.
• Strong managerial skills and ability to work in a fully remote-based team environment.
• Dynamic, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment; willing to challenge the status quo.
• Willing to be involved in a variety of projects and assignments due to rapid growth.
