Job summary
A leading insurance and legal firm is seeking a Senior Claims Handler to manage a diverse caseload of complex, pre-litigation claims. - Proven experience in third-party claims handling (legal, insurance, or claims management background).
- Strong expertise in personal injury claims, especially large loss cases over £100k.
- Familiarity with case law and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).

- Dealing with Credit Hire and Property Damage.

- Strong expertise in personal injury claims, especially large loss cases over £100k
- Familiarity with case law and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and client relationship skills
- A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused approach
- Experience in EL / PL, credit hire, or property damage is welcome, but can also be developed on the job.
