Requirements
  • Proven experience in third-party claims handling (legal, insurance, or claims management background)
  • Strong expertise in personal injury claims, especially large loss cases over £100k
  • Familiarity with case law and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and client relationship skills
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused approach
  • Experience in EL / PL, credit hire, or property damage is welcome, but can also be developed on the job.
