Full clean UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
Willingness to travel to various sites.

Collaborate with home managers to assess learning needs.
Design, deliver and evaluate various learning programmes.

Connaissances
Experience in a learning and development role
Relevant L&D qualification (PTLLS or equivalent Level 3)
Experience in the health and social care sector
Ability to work remotely and face-to-face
Mentoring and guiding colleagues
