A leading care provider is seeking a Learning and Development Partner to enhance the skills and knowledge of their team members. You will design and deliver training programmes, mentor staff, and promote a culture of continuous learning. This hands-on role involves regular travel to various sites across the North West. The Learning and Development Partner will play a vital role in ensuring our colleagues have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver outstanding, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards and our organisational goals. You will work closely with home managers, regional teams, and the Learning and Development Manager to assess training needs and develop effective learning interventions that reflect best practice in the care sector.
This is a hands‑on, varied role where you will deliver training in multiple formats, design and update course content, mentor individuals through qualification programmes, and help embed a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
You’ll be based remotely but will regularly travel to sites across the North West, with occasional overnight stays.
