Qualifications

• Previous experience in a learning and development or education role.
• Full clean UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with home managers to assess learning needs.
• Design, deliver and evaluate various learning programmes.
• Deliver engaging workshops to staff.

Skills

Experience in a learning and development role

Relevant L&D qualification (PTLLS or equivalent Level 3)

Experience in the health and social care sector

Ability to work remotely and face-to-face

Mentoring and guiding colleagues

Full clean UK driving licence
