Remote Client Success Manager – SMB Growth and Adoption
Job summary
A leading technology firm in the UK is seeking a Client Success Manager to partner with SMB customers. The role involves driving adoption of the SAP Concur platform, ensuring high satisfaction, and upselling opportunities. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in a client service role, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This position supports a primarily remote working model with some travel to the UK office.
