Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Self-Employed)

About the Role

LMVP Telemedicine provides diagnostic radiology reporting services to healthcare organisations across the UK, Ireland and Europe. We support NHS Trusts, HSE hospitals and private healthcare providers through strong clinical governance and modern digital systems.

We are seeking a dependable, well‑organised Personal Assistant to support the director on a part‑time, self‑employed basis. This is a flexible, fully remote position suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their own schedule and offering consistent, practical administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and helping to prioritise tasks.
  • Coordinating calls and virtual meetings, occasionally spanning different time zones.
  • Handling confidential correspondence and ensuring timely follow‑up with important contacts.
  • Supporting travel arrangements and basic logistics for meetings and events (primarily within the UK and Ireland).
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams/SharePoint).
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Comfortable working remotely, managing a varied workload and handling sensitive information.
  • Fluent in English; Italian language skills are an advantage but not required.
  • Part‑time position on a self‑employed/contractor basis.
  • Flexible hours by mutual agreement, ideally spread across the working week.
