A leading HR technology provider in the UK is seeking a HR & Payroll Implementation Consultant to deliver training and support for clients on their software platform. In this remote role, you will manage multiple projects and ensure successful implementations while educating clients on best practices. Employment Hero provides a HR, payroll and benefits software-as-a-service platform to small and medium-sized businesses.
HR & Payroll Implementation Consultants are responsible for gathering information, creating and delivering training to our customers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to proficiently operate and administer our software. You will be a primary contact point for customers during training of implementations across both Employment Hero and Employment Hero Payroll.
This role is challenging. Many of our customers are not experts in payroll processing, HR or legislative requirements. You will be managing many projects at any one time. Our platform and our business are constantly changing. To be successful, you will need to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, prioritise tasks, and drive outcomes.
