Job description

SB Media is the world’s largest automotive entertainment publisher. What began as the creator brand Supercar Blondie has evolved into a global powerhouse reaching over 500 million people monthly. While we’ve expanded into tech and luxury, cars remain our DNA.

We are looking for a Creative Producer who is as obsessed with what’s under the hood as they are with the latest YouTube algorithm. You aren't just a video maker; you are a car enthusiast with the technical depth to explain complex automotive concepts to a global audience.

What You’ll Do
  • Deep-Dive Storytelling: Source and develop original formats that go beyond "car reviews." You’ll dive into automotive history, engineering breakthroughs, and the future of mobility.

  • Scripting with Authority: Write shooting briefs and edit scripts that are factually accurate, technically sound, and narratively gripping for mid-to-long form YouTube content.

  • Vision Execution: Oversee production from the initial pitch deck to the final color grade, ensuring every episode meets the high standards of a "car person."

  • Hands-on Production: Lead shoots globally (remote or in-person), directing talent or picking up a camera/phone to capture the perfect detail shot of a carbon-fiber weave or an engine bay.

  • Collaborative Innovation: Work with our global teams in the US, UK and Dubai to ensure SB Media stays the #1 authority in automotive entertainment.

What You’ll Have
  • The "Car Brain": A deep, demonstrable knowledge of automotive trends, history, and technology. You should know the difference between an EV skateboard platform and a monocoque chassis.

  • Digital Pedigree: Experience producing social-first video for high-traffic digital publishers (specifically YouTube).

  • Editorial Instinct: The ability to spot a "story" in a spec sheet. You know how to make a technical deep-dive feel like a blockbuster movie.

  • Visual Flair: Experience filming for social platforms with an eye for automotive cinematography (tracking shots, detail macros, and lighting).

  • Pace & Precision: The ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment without losing your attention to detail.

Important Info Before You Apply

We’re proud to offer flexibility, if you’re looking for a 4-day week or flexible hours, we’re absolutely open to it. Let’s talk about what works best for you. You’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere in the UK. We have offices in London and Manchester, plus a fully remote setup.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000–£55,000.
