- Manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from instruction through to settlement.
- Conduct detailed investigations into liability, causation, and quantum.
- Draft legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other parties effectively and professionally.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team and firm.
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE).
