- Demonstrating products and other equipment confidently and safely
- Using internal systems to manage stock, enquiries, and orders—strong computer skills are essential
- Answering telephone and showroom enquiries in a warm, professional manner
- Receiving and replenishing stock
- Staying up-to-date with the latest product ranges
- Supporting the team with general showroom duties.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-first attitude
- Confident communicator who listens well and understands customer needs
- Organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn new systems and products
- Comfortable using computers for customer records, emails, and stock systems
- Retail experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and enthusiasm are more important.
