Our client in the UK is looking for a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant to provide world‑class operational and administrative support to their team.

This is a full‑time, remote role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is exceptionally organised, tech‑savvy, and eager to learn. You will help keep the operations running smoothly and ensure clients receive a best‑in‑class experience.

You must be able towork standard UK time‑zone hours.

Administrative & Executive Support:

  • Manage the Founder's schedule, send reminders and ensure meetings are properly prioritised
  • Track key dates, follow‑ups, and priorities

Finance & Operations:

  • Manage invoicing in Xero and ensure payments are collected on time
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliation and bill payments

Client & CRM Management:

  • Supportclient onboarding
  • Keep CRM and databases accurate and up to date

Content Marketing & Support:

  • Set up newsletters and publish blog posts
  • Support with social media content posting
  • Support with creating workshop materials (slides, images, etc.)
  • Support with keeping the website up to date and getting new content uploaded
  • Maintain brand consistency across materials

Events & Program Support:

  • Assist with logistics for events, workshops, and group sessions
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners when needed
