The Role

You will join the business as an Interim Paralegal on an initial 6‑month assignment, working closely with the EMEA General Counsel. There is scope for the role to be extended and/or become permanent.

Key elements of the role include:

• Supporting the review and management of commercial contracts across the region
• Maintaining and improving contract processes
• Assisting with corporate governance and entity compliance requirements
• Supporting GDPR, regulatory and compliance initiatives
• Providing legal and administrative support on disputes and claims where required

About You

• You will be an experienced Paralegal, ideally with prior in‑house exposure
• Comfortable reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Some familiarity with GDPR, compliance or governance work would be beneficial
• Highly organised, proactive and confident managing your workload in a remote setting
