Job Description
What you need to have: (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
- Strong knowledge of both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is highly desirable.
What makes you stand out? (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficiency in using Databricks for data science work, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Apply both Generative AI and traditional AI techniques to solve complex business problems and optimize processes.
- Solid understanding of data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
