Building Control Surveyor - Class 2D and above
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Building Control Surveyor to join a growing team in a fully remote capacity. In this specialist role, you will focus exclusively on plan checking, ensuring all submitted documents comply with building regulations, codes, and standards. Key Responsibilities;

• Review and assess building plans, specifications, and technical documents for compliance with current building regulations and codes
• Provide detailed feedback and correction notices to architects, designers, and developers
• Issue approval certificates for compliant plans or request necessary modifications
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to resolve technical queries
• Stay current with changes to building regulations and industry best practices
• Contribute to the development of departmental standards and procedures
• Meet agreed turnaround times for plan checking assignments
