• Provide part‑time to strategic CFO services to mid‑size private companies (£2–50M revenue) to improve financial performance and strategic direction.
• Build and manage a portfolio of client engagements with autonomy and accountability, in collaboration with the Regional Director and a network of CFO/FD colleagues.
• Partner with business owners, CEOs or MDs to deliver commercial finance, business strategy, and long‑term value creation.
• Operate within a defined model as a self‑employed professional while enjoying the support of a well‑established organisation.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients, acting as CFO, advisor, strategist and trusted partner.

• Qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes.
• Proven real‑life CFO/FD experience (multiple engagements or roles) with strong commercial finance and business strategy expertise.
• A proven track record of success and the ability to build genuine, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Ability to be a “part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part friend” and earn client confidence.
• Comfort working closely with a Regional Director and fellow CFOs/FDs in a collaborative environment.
