Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a remote Finance Data Analyst to manipulate large quantities of data and generate insights using Power BI. The ideal candidate will be excellent in Excel, have basic financial knowledge, and experience in a Council environment is a plus. This position offers a pay rate of £22.55 per hour for 25 hours a week, with initial 3-month contract duration.

Overview

Location: FULLY REMOTE with a monthly in-person meeting in Havering (not mandatory). Hours: 25 hours per week, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri). Duration: Initial 3 month contract.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate large quantities of data and build data review processes.
• Utilise Power BI to analyse data and generate insights.

• Excellent in Excel and Power BI.
• Basic financial acumen; some experience in Finance is beneficial.
• Some experience in a Council environment is advantageous, but not required.
• No need for a technical accountancy qualification or background.

Contract & Company Information

Pay rate: £22.55 per hour PAYE.
