- Collaborate with local subcontractors and conduct strategic information-gathering
- Supervise and support freelance researchers and junior team members
- Contribute to project scoping, proposal development, and marketing efforts
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
- Help build fp's knowledge base and research capabilities
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, due diligence, or investigations (experience in the Nordics or emerging markets is a plus)
- Full professional proficiency in English, with excellent writing and reporting skills
- Professional working proficiency in a Scandinavian language (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
- University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Politics, IR, Law, Economics, Languages)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a remote, collaborative team
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
