Clients book 300+ outcome-based Support Sessions, work with a dedicated Navigator, and follow a personalized Support Plan. We focus on practical, emotional, legal, and financial guidance. We do not provide medical care.

• Fractional leaders. COO, CPO, CMO, CRO, CTO, Head of People
• Operators with zero to one or scale up experience in product, growth, or operations
• Builders who can translate strategy into simple, repeatable operating rhythms

• Deliver Support Sessions on fractional leadership and operating systems
• Provide outcome-based guidance tailored to the client's goals
• Share practical approaches and simple tools when appropriate
• Partner with Navigators to reflect agreed next steps in the Support Plan

• 8+ years operating experience with measurable outcomes in startups or SMBs
• Proven success as a fractional leader or senior operator
• Evidence-based playbooks, metrics fluency, clear documentation
• Strong digital operations. Zoom, shared docs, project tools, simple analytics
