A leading health services provider is seeking an HR Specialist Lead to manage federal retirement support for employees. This role involves leading staff, providing retirement guidance, and ensuring compliance with federal guidelines. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in federal retirement systems and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary between $95,000 and $106,692 annually and comprehensive benefits.

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist Lead provides advanced support in federal retirement and benefits, assisting IRS employees with retirement counseling, application processing, and benefits navigation. This role requires a solid understanding of federal retirement systems, including CSRS and FERS, and the ability to handle moderately complex retirement scenarios with accuracy and professionalism. The incumbent will work closely with employees to verify service history, calculate annuity estimates, and ensure retirement applications are complete and compliant with OPM guidelines.
This position is subject to a defined option period of six (6) months. Continued employment beyond the initial term is contingent upon contract requirements and performance.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $106,692 annually.
