We’re hiring a Life Sciences Recruiter to join a specialist agency working with VC-backed startups, PE-funded scale-ups, and global leaders across Biotech, MedTech, and Pharma. This is a fully remote role, and you’ll be part of a high-performing UK-based team that’s growing rapidly and taking ambitious recruiters along for the ride.

The Role:

Location: Fully remote, UK based

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 base + up to 60% commission

• 360 recruitment experience in Life Sciences, MedTech, Biotech, or another high-value sector.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to win and grow accounts with high-growth, investment-backed businesses
• A commercial, results-driven mindset – this role rewards those who take ownership and work strategically
• Experience working with executive-level candidates and delivering consultative recruitment solutions
