The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE and manage high-quality matters, including settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal cases. The role offers a £60,000 base salary with uncapped bonuses linked to performance. Many solicitors achieve earnings around £90k or more, with flexible working days available.
