Remote Real Estate Investment Associate (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,400 USD/month paid via direct deposit

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Investment Associate to support our acquisitions and investor relations efforts. This individual will build strong relationships with investors, perform outreach to property owners and potential investors, and ensure all contacts are properly vetted and organized within our CRM. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced investment environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with property owners and investors to generate new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing updates and support as needed.
  • Vet and qualify contacts to determine interest and fit, then accurately categorize them within the CRM.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records to ensure efficient deal tracking and investor management.
  • Support leadership with investor pitches, reports, and communication efforts.
  • Track outreach activity and provide regular feedback to improve engagement strategies.
  • Provide daily updates on progress, deal flow, and feedback on current systems.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer outreach, or business development.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with data entry in CRM systems.
  • Self-starter who can manage time and tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate, wholesaling, or investor relations.
  • Familiarity with using CRM and Excel for tracking communication and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment terms (wholesale, ARV, assignment, etc.).
  • Acquainted with investor real estate websites and databases such as Investor Lift, Crexi, etc.
