  • Produce accurate cost forecasts and support the commercial management of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure productivity targets are met.

We re looking for a Site Manager who is comfortable working at sites nationwide to join our team on a permanent basis. We are a leading civil engineering SME seeking someone who can bring strong leadership and a proactive approach to project delivery.

  • Deliver safe, efficient sites aligned with the company s triple ISO accreditation.

  • Monitor project progress through programmes, weekly returns, and monthly reports.
  • Produce accurate cost forecasts and support the commercial management of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure productivity targets are met.
Preferred Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with on-site teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in busy, process-driven environments.
  • Valid CSCS card advantageous but not essential.
  • Good contractual awareness.

Work Location: Nationwide, with offices based in Derby.
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Working Hours:

  • Monday Thursday: 7:30am 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am 4:30pm
