Job summary
A leading training provider in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a team supporting Residential Childcare apprentices. The role is remote with occasional travel for meetings. You will be responsible for driving team performance, developing best practices, and ensuring consistent delivery to learners. Candidates should have a strong track record in leadership, accountability, and effective communication, with a focus on achieving ambitious growth targets. This position offers a salary of £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 and performance-based bonuses.
