Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Internal Recruiter / Resourcing Assistant to support recruitment processes within the Not For Profit sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or HR, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in recruitment software. This role offers flexibility with work from home up to four days a week and a pay rate of £14.00 to £18.00 per hour.

Description
  • Proactively source candidates for roles within the organisation
  • Screening and shortlisting applicants
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met effectively.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the Human Resources team with administrative tasks related to onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Respond to candidate queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates to the Human Resources team regarding recruitment progress.
Profile

A successful Resourcing Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within recruitment or Human Resources.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office applications.
